13. Service Scope, Subcontracting & Environmental Responsibility

TCP Global EOOD provides its services either directly or through a network of certified facilities and partners across Europe and internationally. Operations and logistics coordination are managed from our corporate office and warehouse facility located at Ruse Center, 20 Pridunavski Blvd., Ruse, Bulgaria.

Environmental Notice: TCP Global EOOD acts strictly as an asset lifecycle and logistics management manager and does not directly handle, store, or transport Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE), nor does it hold individual environmental waste processing licenses. All downstream disposal, recycling, and WEEE-regulated processing operations are sub-contracted to and executed exclusively by fully licensed and certified third-party regional partners.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding IT assets, including quantity, type, and condition. Any discrepancies may affect service delivery, pricing, or timelines.

14. Chain of Custody and Documentation

TCP Global EOOD coordinates strict chain-of-custody procedures to ensure full traceability of assets throughout the lifecycle process. Documentation provided to clients reflects the information recorded during operations by TCP Global EOOD or its operational partners and is considered valid at the time of issuance. Clients must report any inconsistencies in documentation within 14 days of receipt.

15. Data Erasure and Destruction

Data erasure services are performed using industry-standard certified tools. Certificates of data destruction or erasure are provided where applicable. The client remains the “Data Controller” under GDPR, and TCP Global EOOD acts as the “Data Processor” regarding any data remaining on devices until destruction or certified erasure is completed and confirmed.

16. Pricing and Payments

All pricing is provided through individual business quotations or corporate contracts. Prices may vary depending on asset condition, volume, logistics requirements, and market conditions. Payment terms are defined within the specific contractual agreement between TCP Global EOOD and the client.

17. Value Recovery and Consignment

In cases where assets are remarketed, revenue-sharing terms will be clearly defined in writing prior to engagement. TCP Global EOOD does not guarantee a specific resale value, as it is strictly subject to global market demand and asset condition.

18. Force Majeure

TCP Global EOOD shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, regulatory or legislative changes, or global disruptions in logistics networks.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with any specific Service Level Agreements (SLAs), nondisclosure agreements, or corporate contracts, constitute the entire understanding between TCP Global EOOD and the User.

20. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
